State v. Cahours

Supreme Court of Florida.
Apr 28, 2015
168 So. 3d 228 (Fla. 2015)

Opinion

No. SC14–1767.

04-28-2015

STATE of Florida, Petitioner(s), v. Jeremiah Paul CAHOURS, Respondent(s).

Opinion

Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated March 19, 2015, and petitioner Cahours' jurisdictional brief, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in these cases. See State v. Dorsett, 40 Fla. L. Weekly S103 (Fla.2015). The petitions for discretionary review are, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.330(d)(2).

LABARGA, C.J., and PARIENTE, CANADY, POLSTON, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
