WRIT DENIED. This court takes judicial notice of the Louisiana Supreme Court's November 28, 2018 order wherein the Honorable Judge Zorraine Waguespack was appointed as judge pro tempore in this matter. The State's failure to timely institute prosecution in this case was remedied once the bill of information was filed. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989) (per curiam).
