STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Derron Tyron BYERS, Appellant.

Justin E. Davis, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent. William J. Swift, Columbia, MO, for Appellant.

Justin E. Davis, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent.

William J. Swift, Columbia, MO, for Appellant.

Division Three: Janet Sutton, Presiding Judge, Cynthia L. Martin, Judge and Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Derron Byers appeals his convictions for voluntary manslaughter and armed criminal action following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County. Byers claims on appeal that the trial court abused its discretion in overruling his objections to two allegedly improper comments made by the State during its rebuttal closing argument. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 30.25(b).
