STATE of Wisconsin, Plaintiff–Respondent, v. Twana M. BURRIS, Defendant–Appellant.

We agree with the State's analysis. Burris knew whether she visited her son prior to trial and, when the subject arose at trial, she stated multiple times that she did not. She knew whether she was on the phone with her friend that evening. Further, she admits in her brief that she was aware of the jail's visitation log prior to trial, because it was produced during a Milwaukee Sheriff's Department internal affairs investigation of the attempted bribe. 4
