Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of possession of narcotics with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, where the court, Mullarkey, J., denied the defendant's motion to suppress certain evidence; thereafter, the charges of possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of narcotics were nolled, and the defendant was presented to the court, Damiani, J., on a conditional plea of nolo contendere to the charge of possession of narcotics with intent to sell by a person who is not drug-dependent; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
