Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Polk County, Glenn E. Pille (co-defendant's motion to withdraw guilty plea), Robert J. Blink (trial and sentencing), Judges. Andrew Buchanan appeals from the judgment and sentence entered upon his convictions of second-degree theft, second-degree robbery, and escape.
