In Re: Lee A. Brown, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Tangipahoa, Nos. 502,592 and 603,783. BEFORE: McDONALD, McCLENDON AND THERIOT, JJ.
WRIT DENIED ON THE SHOWING MADE IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. Relator's claim that the district court ordered him to pay an unspecified amount in restitution is denied on the showing made. Relator failed to include in the writ application, the bills of information, the guilty plea transcript, the sentencing transcript, the commitment order, pertinent court minutes, the guilty plea waiver forms, and any other portion of the district court record that might support this claim. Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. See Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 2-18.7 & 4-9. In the event relator elects to file a new application with this Court, the application shall be filed on or before June 3, 2016. Any future filing on this issue should include the entire contents of this application, the missing items noted above, and a copy of this ruling. The writ application is denied in all other respects.
