       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with assault with intent to murder, in violation of section 690.6, Code 1954, I.C.A. Upon trial the jury returned a verdict of guilty. The court sentenced him to confinement in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison for an indeterminate term not exceeding 30 years. We find no error. Accordingly the judgment is

       Affirmed.
