       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, in violation of section 321.281, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to pay a fine of $400 and costs and in default of payment to be committed to the county jail for 60 days. Defendant's appeal has been submitted on a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
