AND NOW, TO WIT, this 30th day of April, 2008, the Court having duly considered Alan T. Brooks' Motion for Reconsideration, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that his motion is DENIED. Brooks requests this Court reconsider its May 18, 2008 Order denying his motion for writ of mandamus and motion for subpoena duces tecum.¹ Brooks fails to demonstrate that this Court "overlooked [an applicable Delaware] precedent or legal principle that would have controlling effect, or that it has misapprehended the law or the facts such as would affect the outcome of the decision."²
