Substitute information charging the defendant with the crimes of sexual assault in the fourth degree and disorderly conduct, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London, geographical area number ten, and tried to the court, Schimelman, J.; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.
