Granted. Ruling on motion to suppress evidence of prior conviction is reversed on grounds that both prior convictions were invalid under State v. Jones, 404 So.2d 1192 (La. 1981). The case is remanded to the district court, where relator may be tried for DWI-1.

WATSON, J., dissents.
