STATE of New Jersey, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. John BRINSON, a/k/a John Brown, and Christopher Evans, Defendant-Petitioner.


ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-000282-18 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, and the matter is summarily remanded for a limited evidentiary hearing to determine whether a plea offer was extended and, if so, whether the offer was conveyed to defendant. Jurisdiction is not retained.
