Submitted on briefs April 19, 1990

Decision released May 2, 1990

Substitute information, in the first case, charging the defendant with the crimes of larceny in the first degree and burglary in the third degree, and substitute information, in the second case, charging the defendant with the crime of larceny in the first degree and with twenty-six counts of the crime of forgery in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford, were the cases were consolidated and tried to the jury before Corrigan, J.; verdicts and judgments of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. No error.

Vincent Turley filed a brief for the appellant (defendant).

John M. Bailey, state's attorney, and Carolyn K. Longstreth and James Thomas, assistant state's attorneys, filed a brief for the appellee (state).
