OPINION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

PER CURIAM

{¶1} Appellant Donald Thomas Boyd filed a limited motion for reconsideration of our Opinion in State v. Boyd, 7th Dist. Belmont No. 21 BE 0048, 2023-Ohio-1120. Appellant challenges the remedy for the trial court's failure to properly impose a sentence consistent with the Reagan Tokes Act. However, the trial court has already corrected the error by ordering a limited resentencing hearing. Thus, this matter is moot.
