The petition by Joseph General Contracting, Inc., Landel Realty, LLC, and Anthony J. Silvestri for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 144 Conn.App. 241, 72 A.3d 413, is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant Anthony Silvestri had incurred contractual obligations to the plaintiffs in his individual capacity?

“2. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant Anthony Silvestri could be held individually liable for alleged violations of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act, General Statutes § 42–110a et seq.?”
