       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant appealed to the district court from his conviction in justice of the peace court on a charge of entering a through highway from a private driveway and failing to yield the right of way, in violation of section 321.353, Code 1962, I.C.A. He was tried before the district court, again found guilty and fined $15 and costs, as authorized by Code section 321.482. Defendant's appeal comes here upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.

       Affirmed.
