STATE OF LOUISIANA v. ERIC BOLTON


In Re: Eric Bolton, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 484145. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. The district court did not abuse its discretion in denying the application for postconviction relief. See La. Code Crim. P. art. 930.8 (A). Furthermore, the allegations in the affidavits do not rest upon facts not known to relator or his trial attorney.
