Appeal from a judgment of the circuit court for Barron County: James C. Babler, Judge. Affirmed.
Before HOOVER, P.J., STARK, J., and THOMAS CANE, Reserve Judge. ¶ 1 PER CURIAM.

Eric Boettcher appeals a judgment, entered upon his guilty pleas, convicting him of operating while intoxicated, fifth offense, and felony bail jumping. Boettcher argues the circuit court erred by denying his suppression motion because the officer unlawfully stopped his vehicle. We reject Boettcher's argument, and affirm.
