This suit was consolidated for trial with that of State of Louisiana ex rel.: Time Saver Stores, Inc. v. Board of Zoning Adjustments of the City of New Orleans, et al., 261 So.2d 273, in this court, decided this day.

For the reasons assigned in that case, the judgment of the trial court is reversed.

Reversed.
