Opinion

No. SC11–186.

2012-12-26

STATE of Florida, Petitioner(s) v. John BLACKER, Respondent(s).

Upon review of petitioner's response to this Court's order to show cause dated August 27, 2012, the Court has determined that it should decline to exercise jurisdiction in this case. See Flores v. State, 37 Fla. L. Weekly S413 (Fla. June 7, 2012). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.

No motion for rehearing will be entertained by the Court. SeeFla. R.App. P. 9.330(d)(2).

POLSTON, C.J., and LEWIS, QUINCE, CANADY, and PERRY, JJ., concur.
