STATE OF LOUISIANA v. KENNETH L. BIVINS


In Re: Kenneth L. Bivins, applying for supervisory writs, 22nd Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany, No. 593,493. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. This court is limited to review of the lower court rulings or the failure of the lower court to act on a properly filed motion or pleading. If relator intends to seek review of his misdemeanor conviction and sentence, he should specifically request that relief and identify how he believes the trial court erred. See La. Const. art. V, § 10. He should also include a copy of the misdemeanor trial transcript, pertinent district court minutes, and a copy of all other pertinent documentation.
