STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Bobby D. BISHOP, Appellant.

Nathan J. Aquino, Jefferson City, for Respondent. Jedd C. Schneider, for Appellant.

Nathan J. Aquino, Jefferson City, for Respondent.

Jedd C. Schneider, for Appellant.

Before Division One: Cynthia L. Martin, Presiding Judge, Victor C. Howard, Judge and Alok Ahuja, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Bobby Bishop appeals his convictions following jury trial in Cole County for statutory rape in the first degree and statutory sodomy in the first degree. In two points on appeal, he claims the trial court erred in failing to exclude certain testimony and in accepting the jury’s verdict. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment of conviction is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
