       PER CURIAM.

       A county attorney's information was filed against Harris Bergan charging him with the crime of perjury as defined by section 721.1, Code of Iowa 1950, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried, convicted and sentenced to serve a period not to exceed ten years in the penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript. We find no error. Accordingly the judgment is

       Affirmed.
