ORDER

Appearing on his own behalf, Appellant Stephen Ross Bennett moves this Court for an extension of time, until May 19, 2024, to file a petition for rehearing in this appeal. Bennett provides that he only recently learned of the Court's decision. State v. Bennett, No. DA 21-0551, 2024 MT 70N, 2024 Mont. LEXIS 346 (Apr. 2, 2024). He states that opposing counsel has no objection to his motion. M. R. App. P. 16(1).

We note that his petition for rehearing would have been due on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, pursuant to M. R. App. P. 20(2)(b), and that May 19 is a Sunday. Good cause shown, therefore, IT IS ORDERED that Bennett's motion for extension of time to file his petition for rehearing is GRANTED and that Bennett shall prepare, file, and serve his petition on or before Monday, May 20, 2024. No further extensions will be granted.

The Clerk is directed to provide a copy of this Order to counsel of record and to Stephen Ross Bennett personally.
