Opinion
No. 71-568.
April 18, 1972.
Appeal from Criminal Court of Record, Palm Beach County; James R. Stewart, Jr., Pro Hac Vice Judge.
Marvin U. Mounts, Jr., County Sol., and James T. Carlisle, Asst. County Sol., West Palm Beach, for appellant.
Walter N. Colbath, Jr., Public Defender, and Norman J. Kapner, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for appellee.
We have reviewed the briefs and the record in this case. On the basis of the foregoing we conclude that the appellant has failed to demonstrate any reversible error. Accordingly, the order is affirmed. Brochu v. State, First District Court of Appeal, 258 So.2d 286 opinion filed February 29, 1972; but see Naylor v. State, Fla.App. 1971, 250 So.2d 660.
Affirmed.
