Upon considering the briefs and the record, the interlocutory appeal is granted, and the order of the trial court granting the defendant's motion to suppress is reversed on authority of State v. Laiser, 322 So.2d 490 (Fla. 1975). This case is remanded for further appropriate proceedings.
