The petition by the state of Connecticut for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 136 Conn.App. 36, 43 A.3d 772, is granted, limited to the following issues:

“1. Did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant's right to confrontation was violated at trial?

“2. If so, did the Appellate Court properly determine that the defendant was harmed?”

EVELEIGH, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
