The applicant, Jorge Lopez Benavides, requests this Court to issue an order directing the trial court to rule on his motion for extension of time to file an application for post-conviction relief and the memorandum in support allegedly filed on or about March 12, 2024, and June 6, 2024, respectively. Benavides has failed to include a copy of the motion at issue. On the showing made, the writ is denied. U.R.C.A. 4-5(C).
