In Re: Jessie Bell, Jr., applying for supervisory writs, 17th Judicial District Court, Parish of Lafourche, Nos. 433,703 & 477549. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.
WRIT DENIED. An evidentiary hearing was held in this matter in compliance with the Louisiana Supreme Court's 2015 ruling. The attached January 9, 2018 transcript shows that the parties reached an agreement that was placed on the record. On this date, relator was resentenced, and he agreed to withdraw his ineffective assistance of counsel claim.
