STATE OF LOUISIANA v. FREDERICK E. BELL, SR.

In Re: Frederick E. Bell, Sr., applying for supervisory writs, 17th Judicial District Court, Parish of Lafourche, Nos. 577,908 & 577,909. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The records of the Lafourche Parish Clerk's Office reflect that relator has been billed for the charges at issue in his motion to quash and motion for release. Therefore, the motion to quash and motion for release wherein relator seeks release under La. Code Crim. P. art. 701(B) are moot. See State v. Varmall, 539 So.2d 45 (La. 1989) (per curiam).
