WRIT DENIED .

The applicant, Ladarious Belion, seek supervisory review of the trial court's ruling denying his motion to appeal the trial court's determination, rendered prior to Belion's guilty plea, that he had the ability to pay the fine and court costs that he agreed to pay pursuant to his plea agreement and agreed sentence. The defendant cannot appeal or seek review of a sentence imposed in conformity with a plea agreement which was set forth in the record at the time of the plea. La.C.Cr.P. art. 881.2. On the showing made, this writ is denied.
