STATE OF LOUISIANA v. RUSSELL J. BEAUCHAMP, JR.

In Re: Russell J. Beauchamp, Jr., applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Livingston, No. 08-FELYN-023259. BEFORE: HIGGINBOTHAM, HOLDRIDGE AND PENZATO, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. This court is a court of review, and relator has not pointed to any specific ruling of the district court for this court to consider. The criminal court minutes reflect that because relator failed to include a transport Order with the pro se motions, he was not brought to court on the date in question. Relator should first seek relief from the district court.
