Motor vehicles complaint charging the defendant with the crime of operating a motor vehicle while his operator's license was under suspension, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain, geographical area number twelve, where the court, Espinosa, J., denied the defendant's motion to dismiss the complaint; thereafter, the defendant was presented to the court on a conditional plea of nolo contendere; judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
