STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Sal Locota BASS, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Black Hawk County, Bradley J. Harris (criminal offense trial) and George L. Stigler (sentencing enhancement trial and sentencing), Judges. A defendant appeals his conviction and sentence claiming ineffective assistance of counsel and the imposition of an illegal sentence. AFFIRMED. Mark C. Smith, State Appellate Defender, and Robert P.
