       PER CURIAM.

       Defendant was indicted for the crime of breaking and entering, contrary to section 708.8, Code 1958, I.C.A. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding ten years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is

       Affirmed.
