STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. De’Shawn Le’Craig BARR-COTTON, Appellant.

Ashley D. Murphy, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent. Annette Wallace, Kansas City, MO, for Appellant.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Johnson County, Missouri, The Honorable Brent F. Teichman, Judge

Ashley D. Murphy, Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent.

Annette Wallace, Kansas City, MO, for Appellant.

Before Division One: Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Presiding Judge, Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge, Thomas N. Chapman, Judge

ORDER

Per Curiam:

De’Shawn Barr-Cotton appeals his conviction for the class E felony of resisting arrest by creating a substantial risk of serious injury or death to any person, the class D felony of forgery, the class B misdemeanor of false impersonation, and the class B misdemeanor of speeding more than 26 miles per hour. In his sole point on appeal, Barr-Cotton claims the trial court clearly erred in overruling his Batson challenge to the State of Missouri’s use of a peremptory strike of a venireperson. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
