Richard A. Starnes, Jefferson City, for Respondent

Jedd C. Schneider, for Appellant

Division Three: Anthony Rex Gabbert, Presiding Judge, Edward R. Ardini, Jr., Judge and W. Douglas Thomson, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM: Lynette Barker appeals her conviction of second-degree drug trafficking following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Johnson County, arguing that the trial court erred in denying her motion to suppress and in sentencing her to serve a term of imprisonment without the possibility of probation or parole. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
