MEMORANDUM OPINION

These are State's appeals of the trial court's orders granting appellee's motions to suppress. On May 17, 2017, the State filed an agreed motion to dismiss the appeals. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The motion is granted.

Accordingly, the appeals are ordered dismissed.
