Appellant having moved to stay all further Mental Hygiene Law article 10 proceedings, pursuant to CPLR 5519 (c), on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Steuben on July 10, 2014, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal taken herein,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Lisa L. Paine, Esq., dated December 23, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Allyson B. Levine, Esq., dated December 31, 2014, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
