STATE of Iowa, Plaintiff–Appellee, v. Edwin Laion BAILEY, Defendant–Appellant.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Clinton County, Charles H. Pelton (suppression) and David H. Sivright (trial), Judges. Defendant appeals his conviction, arguing the court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. AFFIRMED. Jack E. Dusthimer, Davenport, for appellant. Thomas J.
