ORDER

¶1 Department II of the Court, composed of Chief Justice González and Justices Madsen, Stephens, Yu, and Whitener, considered at its February 6, 2024, Motion Calendar whether review should be granted pursuant to RAP 13.4(b) and unanimously agreed that the following order be entered.

¶2 IT IS ORDERED:

¶3 That the petition for review is granted only on the issue of legal financial obligations. This case is remanded to the trial court to strike the DNA fees in light of the 2023 statutory amendment to RCW 43.43.7541, and to reconsider the victim penalty assessment and criminal filing fee in light of RCW 36.18.020(2)(h) and the 2023 statutory amendment to RCW 7.68.035.
