STATE of Kansas, Appellee, v. Raheem Keron ARMSTEAD, Appellant.


Armstead's conviction for obstructing official duty is affirmed; but the court's decision to amend the complaint is reversed, his conviction for driving without a valid license in violation of K.S.A.2011 Supp. 8–235(a) is reversed, and the case is remanded for trial on the charge of driving while suspended in violation of K.S.A.2011 Supp. 8–262(a)(1).
