ORDER

Considering the above and foregoing Motion for Remand to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, it is hereby ordered:

This matter is remanded to the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, for consideration of Respondent's six (6) assignments of error urged in his appeal to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
