STATE OF LOUISIANA v. STEVON ARCHIE


In Re: Stevon Archie, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial, District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 08-04-0233. BEFORE: GUIDRY, WELCH, AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED for the sole purpose of transferring the motion to vacate an illegal sentence to the district court for its consideration. The Clerk of Court of East Baton Rouge Parish has no record of receiving a motion to vacate an illegal sentence (allegedly filed on July 26, 2014) . The original of the writ application will be forwarded to the district court clerk of court.
