Substitute information charging the defendant with crimes of assault in the first degree, carrying a pistol without a permit and failure to appear in the first degree, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford-New Britain at Hartford and tried to the jury before Kline, J.; verdict and judgment of guilty, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
