       PER CURIAM.

       The defendant was convicted of the crime of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition, contrary to and in violation of section 321.281, Code of 1950, I.C.A., and was sentenced to pay a fine of $400. The defendant has appealed and the record in connection with thsi case is presented to us on a clerk's transcript.

       We have examined the entire record and find no error. The judgment is therefore affirmed.

       Affirmed.
