STATE OF LOUISIANA v. MAURICE J. ANDERSON


In Re: Maurice J. Anderson, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Livingston, No. 16759. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. This Court vacated relator's guilty plea and sentence on November 9, 2011. Relator untimely filed the instant motion for compensation on April 10, 2014. Moreover, relator failed to prove by clear and convincing evidence that he is factually innocent of the crime for which he was convicted. See La. R.S. 15:572.8(A), (B), & (I).
