WRIT DENIED AS MOOT. The records of the office of the Clerk of Court of Tangipahoa Parish indicate that a notice of appeal was filed and granted by the trial court on February 9, 2015, and counsel has been appointed to represent relator on appeal. Additionally, a hearing on relator's motions and his habitual offender adjudication is set for March 31, 2015.
