MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM:

The Kansas Court of Appeals affirmed the district court's conviction of defendant in an unpublished opinion filed October 2, 2009. We granted review on the denial of Anderson's motion to suppress and the admission of Anderson's prior convictions at her trial. We have reviewed and considered the briefs, the arguments, and the record and have determined that the petition for review should be dismissed as having been improvidently granted. The Court of Appeals' disposition of this case is approved. Rule 8.03(h)(1) (2010 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 68).

MORITZ, J., not participating.

BRENDA CAMERON, District Judge, assigned.
